The main difference is the relationship between the client and the professional. Therapy is lead by a doctor and focuses on healing the past to help patients needing mental health treatment. Coaching looks at the now, helps to set goals, and take action steps Toward Breaking Patterns Of Thinking, Raising Self-Esteem, and creating your future.
It all depends on you. There is a minimum investment of six; 1 hour sessions with me and some homework in between sessions. Some women journal daily, listen to podcasts and read as part of the process, however, some don’t. Anywhere between 1 hour and 3 hours a week are normal.
